- Yui Morikami – is Tokyo based Tabla player from Japan.
- Born to a musical family. Played several musical instruments such as Plano, Trumpet, Saxophone and Guitar from his young age.
- As he grew up he started learning Indian Classical Music and Tabla.
- Started learning Tabla under the tutelage of Ustad Sabir Khan Saheb since 2012.
- His guru, Ustad Sabir Khan Saheb is the 33rd descendent of the famous Farrukhabad Gharana which was co-founded by late Ustad Haji Vilyat Ali Khan Saheb.
- Learned Sangat and Lahara, which is how to play with instruments, vocal, kathak dance, semi-classical and off course tabla solo from his guru.
- He is also performing in all over Japan and teaching Tabla in Tokyo, Chiba and Saitama since 2019.
